Job summary

Aon in Kraków is seeking a Commercial Risk Claims Process Leader with German to guide a busy team of analysts. You will drive day-to-day operations, coordinate workloads, and ensure timely, high‑quality service for brokers and clients.

You will mentor colleagues, monitor SLAs, and partner with management to implement improvements. Strong German and English, plus a track record in claims, are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a claims operations or similar service team.
• Proven ability to mentor, coach and develop others.
• Strong knowledge of claims management processes in insurance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Claims Analysts handling Commercial Risk claims and guide daily operations.
• Coordinate workload, ensure BAU deliverables and meet SLAs.
• Act as escalation point and provide root-cause analysis with remediation plans.
• Prepare and present service reviews and operational performance reports.
• Drive process improvements and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Support onboarding and development of new joiners and peers.
