Aon Corporation is seeking a Commercial Risk Claims Process Leader with German to oversee a team of Claims Analysts in a hybrid Poland-based role. You will guide day-to-day operations, ensure high-quality service, and coordinate cross-functional activities with brokers and internal partners.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, claims management expertise, and fluency in German with good English.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a claims operations team or similar.
• Strong understanding of commercial risk claims processes.
• Fluent German (C1 or higher) and good English (B2+).
• Proven ability to monitor performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Claims Analysts, guiding day‑to‑day operations and quality delivery.
• Coordinate workload and BAU deliverables across the team.
• Collaborate with Team Manager to meet SLAs and processes.
• Serve as main operational contact for brokers and internal partners.
• Prepare and present service reviews and improvement plans.
