Job summary

Twinings Ovaltine in Poland is seeking an AP Accountant with German to join the Finance team. You will handle invoices, payments and travel & expense reporting, collaborating with multiple departments to ensure accurate financial operations.

The role requires 3-4 years in accounts payable in SSC/BPO, fluent English and German, and strong knowledge of AP principles and SAP S4/HANA. A permanent, full-time position with a hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in accounts payable in SSC/BPO environment.
• Fluency in English and German (at least B2 level).
• Proficiency in S4/Hana and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices with correct coding and compliance.
• Perform three-way matching of PO, receipts, and invoices.
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist month-end closing and AP sub-ledger reconciliations.
• Review employee expense reports for accuracy and reimbursements.
