Job summary

PwC Poland, Finance Managed Services (FMS), is expanding its accounting team in a project environment. The AP Accountant will manage end-to-end accounts payable processes for designated regions, ensure accuracy, vendor payments, and comply with procedures, while joining a collaborative finance team across regional clients.

The role requires English and German language skills, a degree in accounting/finance, 1–3 years in AP, and strong Excel and ERP systems experience (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics).

Qualifications

• English and German in professional setting
• Bachelor's or Master's in accounting/finance/economics preferred
• 1–3 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Advanced Excel skills with Pivot Tables and data analysis
• Experience with SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics or similar ERP systems
• Experience onboarding clients or rolling out finance processes

Responsibilities

• Process all transactions for the assigned accounting process for designated regions.
• Handle end-to-end invoice management including processing, coding, and payments.
• Monitor accounts payable, reconcile reports, and support forecasting.
• Collaborate with accounting team to resolve issues and onboard new members.
• Meet SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Identify process improvements and lean initiatives.
