Job summary

PwC Polska's Finance Managed Services (FMS) team in Poznań is expanding. We seek an AP Accountant with German for a project environment to process regional transactions, manage invoices, and ensure compliance with established procedures while collaborating with expert accounting teams.

The requirements include professional English and German, a degree in accounting/finance, 1–3 years in Accounts Payable, advanced Excel, and experience with SAP, Oracle or MS Dynamics.

Qualifications

Professional working proficiency in English and German.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field preferred.
1–3 years hands-on experience with Accounts Payable processes.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
Experience with leading accounting software platforms/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics).
Experience onboarding new clients or supporting rollout of enhanced procedures in finance/accounting.

Responsibilities

Process all AP transactions and documents for designated regions.
Handle end-to-end invoice management including verification, PO matching, coding, and payments.
