Job summary

PwC Polska is seeking an AP Accountant with German for a project environment within Finance Managed Services. You will manage end-to-end accounts payable processes for designated regions, ensuring accuracy and timely payments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires English and German, a degree in accounting/finance, and 1–3 years of AP experience. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems is essential. Hybrid work with growth opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting/finance/economics or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years hands-on Accounts Payable experience, invoice verification and payment prep.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Experience with SAP, Oracle or MS Dynamics ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Process all AP transactions for designated regions in line with procedures.
• Handle end-to-end invoice management, PO matching, coding and payments.
• Monitor accounts, verify expenses and reconcile payable reports.
• Collaborate within accounting team and onboard new members.
• Meet SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Identify process improvements and lean initiatives.
