Qualifications

• Professional working proficiency in English and German.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of Accounts Payable experience, including verification and reconciliation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and optimization.
• Experience with major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) for transaction processing.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions and documents for designated regions in accordance with procedures.
• Manage end-to-end invoice processing, PO matching, coding, payment prioritization, and supplier payments.
• Monitor accounts, verify expenses, reconcile payable reports, and support forecasting.
• Collaborate within the accounting team and onboard new members to processes.
• Meet SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and participate in lean initiatives.
