Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH is seeking a Payroll & Time Specialist to support Austrian Payroll & Time Management activities, focusing on accuracy and customer service. You will work on end-to-end payroll processes, time management, and data maintenance in a multinational environment.

The role requires German and English at least B2, 2–3 years' related experience, and familiarity with SAP, Interflex, and SuccessFactors. This is a fixed-term contract for 18 months in Wroclaw, Poland.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in Austrian Payroll & Time Management support.
• German and English at least B2 level.
• Completed higher education in HR or related field.
• Experience with SAP, Interflex, Workforce, ServiceNow, Excel, and SuccessFactors preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end payroll and time management processes with accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain employee data, handle tax matters, new hires and terminations, interfaces, and audits.
• Create time management reports, perform quality checks, and annual time activities.
• Respond to payroll and time management inquiries via phone and email using the case management system.
• Participate in projects and drive service quality improvements.
• Own a complex area (e.g., Time Management) and train the team.
