Strada is seeking a Germany Payroll Senior Specialist with SAP Payroll expertise, supporting operations from a Poland-based remote setup. You will collaborate with client teams, ensure accurate payroll delivery, and drive improvements across implementations and go-lives.

The role requires deep knowledge of payroll processes, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment while upholding Strada security and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-8 years of payroll administration experience in HR Outsourcing, HR consulting or corporate setting.
• Expert knowledge of payroll processes, practices and associated legislation.

Responsibilities

• Support country payroll operations with functional and technical expertise.
• Assist with client engagements and ensure accurate, timely information.
• Provide guidance for implementations and go-lives while promoting automation and standards.
• Lead projects to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Deliver daily functional support to payroll delivery teams and maintain Country Solution workbook.
