Job summary

Infosys Poland is seeking a Payroll Specialist/Subject Matter Expert with Italian to join our Lodz team. The role involves processing global payroll, validating gross builds, and ensuring accurate reporting across weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly cycles.

You will engage with clients, vendors, and HR stakeholders, applying local payroll nuances and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has 2 years of international payroll experience, fluency in Italian and English, and strong communication

Qualifications

• 2 years of global payroll processing experience.
• Fluent in Italian and English (C1).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills."
• Understanding end-to-end payroll cycle and build-to-gross.

Responsibilities

• Collect and load payroll inputs against calendar and cut-offs.
• Ensure gross pay is accurately built for each cycle (weekly, bi-monthly and monthly).
• Validate payroll on input-to-output checks and reconcile headcount.
• Prepare reports and respond to payroll queries promptly.
• Hand off validated payroll to downstream teams with clear notes.
