Randstad Polska is expanding its Global Capability Centre in Kraków and seeking an HR Operations & Payroll Specialist with German. You will manage end-to-end HR processes for the German market, ensure payroll accuracy, and collaborate across HR streams to deliver a seamless employee experience.

The role emphasizes transformation, SOP development, and strong partnerships with HR Business Partners and local teams. A hybrid work model and extensive learning opportunities are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in HR operations or HR payroll for the DACH region.
• Fluent business German (B2/C1) and English (B2).
• Strong understanding of German labor law and HR end-to-end workflows.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate HR operations across the employee lifecycle for the DACH market.
• Review and validate payroll inputs, maintain data integrity in HR systems.
• Act as Tier 2/3 escalation for complex payroll inquiries and bottlenecks.
