Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Junior Accountant with German to support OTC AR processes in Poland. The role involves handling dunning for German customers, responding to email and phone inquiries, and performing open items analysis.

You will contribute to process improvements while maintaining SOPs and strong client relations. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months AR experience, a B2 level in German and English, and solid Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR).
• B2 level in German and English is essential for client communication.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail and data analysis skills.
• Excellent teamwork and ability to handle multiple priorities and ad hoc tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle the dunning process for German customers.
• Manage email and phone queries from customers and suppliers.
• Perform open items analysis and identify process gaps for improvements.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure consistent processes across AR activities.
