Job summary

Infosys in Poland (Łódź) is seeking an F&A/OTC professional with about 2 years of experience to own BPO processes, act as the main contact for the local unit, and ensure cross-team collaboration. You will monitor cash application and OTC GL clearance, while applying strong accounting knowledge and SAP skills.

Qualifications

• English and German B2 – essential for client communication purposes.
• Good understanding of the OTC processes (cash application, customer account analysis, GL clearing, order management).
• About 2 years of experience in F&A/OTC area.
• Good understanding of accounting rules.
• Experience in performing month/year end activities.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Very good communication skills, problem solving attitude and teamwork skills.
• Independence and resourcefulness.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of BPO owned processes
• Main point of contact for local business unit
• Coordination and ensuring smooth cross team collaboration
• Monitoring and supporting cash application
• Monitoring investigating and clearing OTC GLs
• Providing/searching missing information
• Credit management (processing refunds, rebates, other credits)
• Orders analysis, differences clarification and clearing
