Ria Money Transfer is seeking a German-speaking Account Receivables Clerk for our Poland office. You will support daily AR operations, analyze payment data, and resolve client account questions in a fast-paced environment.

Strong Excel and Office skills, plus fluent German and English (or Spanish), are required, with 1–2 years in a call-center or financial role. You will join a team that values accuracy, disciplined work, and proactive communication, working onsite in Warsaw with opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum A-level education; a degree in a financial discipline is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of work experience; call center experience handling high volume inbound/outbound calls is valuable.
• Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication in German plus English or Spanish.
• Team player and reliable.
• Organization and time-management skills.
• Detail oriented and accurate.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations of the Accounts Receivables department and resolve payment issues.
• Provide ad hoc information and data analysis as requested.
• Meet established timelines and predefined objectives for assigned work.
• Update receivables by checking deposits on bank accounts and recording them in the system.
• Contact clients regarding overdue payments to recover funds.
• Inbound/outbound calls to clarify balances and collect funds.
• Suspend debtors’ accounts and provide follow-up to collect funds.
