Job summary

Arche Consulting in Katowice is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. You will process, review, and optimize supplier invoices, ensure timely payment runs, and support cost center and procurement flows.

The role emphasizes collaboration with SAP-based processes, Excel-based reporting, and strong stakeholder communication in German and English. Candidates with 1–2 years AP experience and a proactive, team-oriented approach will fit well.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) accounting, 1–2 years or more.
• Very good command of German (minimum B2/C1 level).
• Communicative level of English (minimum B1).
• Good working knowledge of SAP and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process and review supplier invoices (FI for cost centers, MM for material management).
• Manage supplier reminders and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Investigate and resolve supplier payment inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Support external suppliers and internal stakeholders, including procurement teams and cost center managers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal business partners.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline accounting processes.
• Record and post bank transactions and prepare payment runs.
