Job summary

Infosys in Poland seeks a finance professional to support R2R activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, fixed assets, and reporting for month-end and year-end close. You will help ensure accuracy and compliance while addressing variances and audits.

You will communicate with clients in German and English, participate in board meetings, and drive process improvements, with training and growth opportunities in SAP and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1 year of experience in R2R/ General Ledger processes.
• German and English at least B2 level for client communication.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Good understanding of month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Practical knowledge of SAP and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of reconciliations, journal entries, fixed assets, and accruals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, fixed assets, reporting, and other activities to support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial records and reporting.
• Analyze variances and resolve accounting issues.
• Support SLA and quality target achievement.
• Actively participate in board meetings.
• Support audits and prepare required documentation.
• Respond to client queries in a timely manner.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
