Job summary

Maersk Global Service Centre in Warsaw is seeking an OTC/Accounts Receivable Senior Analyst fluent in German to manage customer AR issues. You will handle inquiries in German, provide MIS reports, and drive reconciliation, escalations, KPI reviews, and working capital improvements while collaborating with global colleagues.

You will participate in end-to-end AR activities, ensure accurate customer data, and support cross-functional teams in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• German and English language proficiency required.
• Solid experience in Accounts Receivable processes and escalations.
• Strong analytical capabilities for trend visibility and MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as focal point for AR issues across entities for German-language customers.
• Manage customer interactions via calls and written communications; ensure timely resolutions.
• Create visibility models to analyze trends and root causes; report KPIs and SLAs.
• Perform regular reconciliations and monitor overdue accounts; drive improvements in working capital.
• Coordinate with upstream teams; translate business correspondence between German and English.
• Identify automation opportunities and contribute to standardized processes across functions.
