Qualifications

• Around 2/3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably accounts receivable.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• German at least C1 for client communication.
• English at C1 for client communication.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office package.
• Highly developed self-organization.

Responsibilities

• Handle German-speaking clients via calls and emails.
• Perform cash collection and manage open receivables.
• Execute cash application, order release, and credit limit reviews.
• Process customer refunds per company policy.
• Support AR team with maintenance of payment methods.
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Conduct ongoing email communication in German and English.
• Collaborate with internal customers and cross-functional teams.
