Job summary

Zowie is seeking Technical Account Managers in Warsaw to drive GenAI product adoption for mid-market and enterprise brands. You will be a builder-coach, guiding customers from initial configuration to measurable impact and enabling self-serve capabilities.

You’ll work on configurations, integrations with CRMs and APIs, and partnerships with Account Directors to ensure successful onboarding, optimization, renewal, and advocacy across a portfolio of customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with B2B customers in tech/SaaS
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and scripting
• Excellent communication across stakeholders at all levels
• Experience integrating with CRMs, e-commerce platforms, and APIs

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in building and customizing AI Agents to deliver transformative customer experiences.
• Bridge business needs and technology by analyzing customer processes and translating them into technical solutions.
• Handle advanced configurations and integrations with customer systems and APIs.
• Act as advisor and ambassador, building relationships to maximize platform adoption and value.
• Plan and manage success across onboarding, optimization, renewal, and advocacy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to collect feedback and influence product roadmaps.
