Job summary

Simon-Kucher in Warsaw is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead end-to-end GenAI initiatives, transforming AI concepts into practical productivity gains for a global client base. You will collaborate with IT, Security, Legal, and business stakeholders, shaping roadmaps and driving adoption of enterprise AI tools across 2,000+ users while reporting to executive leadership.

Qualifications

University degree in a relevant field; consulting or startup background preferred.
2–5+ years managing software solutions (Analytics, SaaS, or AI).
Ability to translate AI concepts into business impact for non-technical audiences.
Experience with GenAI products and enterprise AI tools preferred.
Familiarity with AI compliance and data privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end evaluation of new AI-enabled technologies and solutions.
Prepare executive-ready reports for IT leadership and risk committees.
Collaborate with Security, IT, Legal, and Procurement to align on tech solutions.
Drive adoption and best practices for GenAI SaaS products for 2,000+ users.
Monitor KPIs for user adoption and system performance.
