Job summary

HelloFresh in Warsaw is seeking a senior leader to own the GenAI enablement program across the HelloTech organization. You will design and deliver a company-wide upskilling framework to empower 6,000 users across 16 markets, driving adoption, governance, and measurable business value.

You will build a core delivery team, partner with Tech leadership and executives, and establish a robust set of KPIs and dashboards to show impact and return on investment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise change & transformation leadership across international markets.
• Hands-on GenAI mastery with modern tools and governance knowledge.
• Executive presence with VP-level stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver a three-level enablement framework for GenAI adoption.
• Activate a network of 40–60 departmental Champions and governance models.
• Interface with VP and Tribe leadership to translate adoption metrics into business outcomes.
• Lead a multidisciplinary delivery team of ~5 specialists across learning design, change management, and analytics.
• Define KPIs and align execution with governance frameworks.
