Qualifications

• Deep expertise in enterprise business execution and process redesign.
• Strong ability to articulate AI capabilities in business terms to executives.
• Experience leading AI adoption and change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise transformation strategies for customers adopting Gen AI.
• Build repeatable transformation methodologies and playbooks for scale.
• Co-develop offerings with partners and enable the partner ecosystem.
• Monitor transformation health and drive measurable business value.
• Develop thought leadership and influence product roadmaps using customer insights.
• Represent AWS as a trusted expert at industry events.
