Qualifications

• Experience in designing ServiceNow architectures across modules.
• Ability to define standards and best practices for platform
• Experience with integration design and secure solutions for regulated environments

Responsibilities

• Define and develop the architecture of the ServiceNow platform aligned with business strategy.
• Design scalable solutions including ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, IRM/GRC, CSM, and integrations
• Establish architectural standards, patterns, and documentation, supporting delivery teams
