Sii Poland is seeking a Data Engineer to design, implement, and optimize scalable data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform. You will work with BigQuery, reshape data models, and ensure reliable, well-documented data delivery across analytics teams.

Required are 4+ years in data roles, strong GCP, SQL, and Python, plus Airflow/CI/CD experience. Polish and English fluency are essential. This full-time role is based in Poland with collaborative, expert teams and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Min. 4 years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar in production.
• Strong GCP knowledge, especially BigQuery data modeling and optimization.
• Ability to design, build, and maintain data pipelines (batch/streaming).
• Strong SQL and Python for data processing and orchestration.
• Experience with Airflow/Cloud Composer, CI/CD for data solutions.
• Familiarity with IaC approach, particularly Terraform.
• Experience handling large data volumes with performance and reliability.
• Fluent English and Polish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines on GCP.
• Work with BigQuery as data warehouse for modeling and optimization.
• Integrate data from diverse sources and transform it.
• Orchestrate workflows using Airflow/Cloud Composer.
• Create and maintain CI/CD for data pipelines and infra.
• Manage cloud infrastructure with Terraform.
• Ensure data quality, monitoring, and incident response.
• Collaborate with analytics, BI, and product teams.
• Contribute to data architecture and engineering best practices.
