Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our Data & Analytics team in Kraków. You will design and maintain data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform and work with BigQuery and Cloud Storage.

You will implement Airflow/Cloud Composer workflows, apply Terraform for IaC, and contribute to CI/CD for data solutions. Fluent English and Polish are required; 4+ years in production data engineering are preferred.

Qualifications

• Min. 4 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, especially BigQuery and Cloud Storage
• Ability to design, build, and maintain data pipelines (batch and/or streaming)
• Strong SQL and Python skills for data processing and orchestration
• Experience with workflow orchestration (Airflow / Cloud Composer)
• Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD for data solutions (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Cloud Build)
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Experience handling large data volumes with focus on performance and reliability
• Fluent English; Polish language proficiency required in Poland

• Ensuring data quality and pipeline monitoring
• Collaborating with analytics, BI, and product teams
• Contributing to data architecture and best practices
