Qualifications

• Experience as a project coordinator or similar.
• Excellent written English and proficiency with office software.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven problem solving.
• Ability to work independently and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks and monitor progress against timelines.
• Assist in assigning project tasks and check-ins for status updates.
• Develop and maintain project performance databases.
• Monitor and allocate resources to maximise efficiency.
• Report outcomes and risks to management and escalate as needed.
• Act as a communication bridge between teams and external resources.
• Deepen partnerships with outside resources including vendors and researchers.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and agents to deliver high-quality projects.
• Create marketing collateral using Photoshop, Excel, Canva, etc.
• Stay updated on trends in the art and technology sectors.
• Write content for the mobile games market media channels.
