Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Traffic, Delivery, or Creative Project Coordinator role within a graphic design or creative setting.
• Understanding of graphic design principles and workflows.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
• Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, JIRA).
• Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and uphold project timelines and schedules, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Assign and prioritize tasks within the graphic design team, managing resources for optimal productivity.
• Monitor ongoing projects, swiftly addressing any challenges or bottlenecks.
• Act as a conduit between the graphic design team and other departments, enhancing collaboration and communication.
• Lead regular team meetings to discuss project statuses and upcoming deadlines and resolve any obstacles.
• Implement and oversee project management tools and systems for streamlined operations.
• Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and deliver detailed reports.
• Ensure that final outputs align with project requirements and uphold our quality standards.
• Cultivate an environment that fosters team collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
• Guide and mentor junior team members, aiding in their professional growth.
