Job summary

Platige Image is seeking Project Coordinators to join for long-term or freelance support on selected productions. The role focuses on keeping daily workflows clear, organized and moving forward, updating tasks and deadlines, and coordinating reviews and meetings.

You will track progress across departments, manage dailies and feedback, monitor targets and deliveries, and escalate blockers to the Project Manager. Strong English and production-system knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in CG, VFX, animation or game production.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of production systems and workflows.

We are looking for Project Coordinators to join us long-term or support selected game cinematic productions on a freelance basis. Your role is to keep the daily workflow clear, organised and moving forward.

You will be responsible for:

• updating tasks, statuses and deadlines in the production system,
• tracking shots and assets as they move through the pipeline between departments,
• organising dailies, reviews and project meetings,
• recording and distributing feedback and production decisions,
• tracking daily targets, timesheets and deliveries,
• following up on outstanding tasks and information,
• identifying delays and escalating blockers to the Project Manager.

We are looking for someone organised, reliable and communicative, with experience in CG, VFX, animation or game production. Good English is required.

Knowledge of ShotGrid, Ftrack or a similar production management system will be a strong advantage.
