Job summary

Reality Games in Kraków is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support GameDev content creation and business project coordination. The role involves organizing ongoing projects, managing schedules, and coordinating with agents to arrange business trips and marketing activities.

You will be the first contact for fans, help maintain enthusiasm for GameDev drops, and assist with stakeholder meetings, while writing content for mobile game media channels.

Qualifications

• Experience as a project coordinator or similar.
• Excellent written English and familiarity with office software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Interest in GameDev and marketing content.
• Ability to coordinate with external agents/vendors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed, organized, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates.
• Assist in assigning project tasks to relevant parties and check-in for status updates.
• Develop and maintain project performance databases that track overall progress and milestones.
• Monitor and assign resources to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
• Report project outcomes and risks to management; escalate issues as needed.
• Act as a point of communication between company teams and external resources.
• Deepen partnerships with outside resources—including third-party vendors and researchers.
• Work with senior leadership and agents to deliver high‑quality projects.
• Create marketing collateral using Photoshop, Excel, Canva, etc.
• Stay on top of trends and technology in the art and technology sector.
• Write content for the mobile games market media channels.
