Job summary

State Street Kraków is seeking an Investment Administration Insourcing Services (IAIS) Simcorp Fund Administrator to ensure accurate data reporting and timely client service. You will perform fund administration tasks, liaise with clients and counterparties, and support various projects while maintaining high-quality results.

The role requires solid numeracy, Excel, and communication skills, plus proficiency in English and German at an intermediate level.

Qualifications

• Numeracy and literacy skills.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Outlook.
• Good written and verbal communication; intermediate English and German.

Responsibilities

• Perform Fund Administration processes, including accounting, reporting and administrative duties, delivering high-quality results.
• Review fund components and complete the Preparers’ checklist in line with departmental standards.
• Coordinate with internal clients, external counterparties to obtain inputs and resolve errors.
• Ensure procedures and controls are followed; identify control gaps.
• Provide timely responses to inquiries and update Team Managers on progress.
