Job summary

State Street Investment Management in Kraków seeks a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to support monthly N-PORT and N-MFP filings and various regulatory reports across US and Europe. You will coordinate with internal SMEs, ensure timely filings, and assist in oversight of funds’ service providers.

The role requires 3 days in the office per week, a BS in Business/Accounting, and 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services, GAAP/SEC/IRS knowledge, and European fund regulation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ work experience preferably with an investment adviser, public accounting firm or financial services organization.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, SEC and IRS standards as they apply to investment companies, partnerships and other fund structures.
• Knowledge of European fund regulation (e.g. UCITS V, AIFMD).

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate gathering of responses for monthly N-PORT filings.
• Review and coordinate gathering of responses for monthly N-MFP filings.
• Coordinate the completion and filing of fund regular and ad-hoc regulatory reports and questionnaires.
• Stay abreast of regulatory developments and best practice standards.
• Assist team in the oversight of the funds’ service providers.
