Job summary

State Street Corporation in Kraków is seeking a Fund Order Services Analyst to support quality service for assigned clients, contributing to the team on technical matters and client inquiries. You will help ensure accurate fund administration and reporting, working within a hybrid model.

The role requires strong English, numeracy, and a proactive, collaborative mindset, with responsibilities spanning data maintenance, order monitoring, and client communications.

Qualifications

• Numeracy and literacy skills required.
• Excellent English; German is an advantage.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to perform under strict client deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and amend Static Data in the system following launches, product changes and inquiries.
• Monitor the processing of transaction orders.
• Contact external Transfer Agents and vendors on transactions progress.
• Create and send specific Client Reports.
• Provide necessary support and information to clients and internal queries.
• Maintain high level of control and monitoring of system applications and workflows.
• Stay updated with market practices, procedures, and internal changes.
• Participate in departmental ad-hoc projects and propose process improvements.
• Resolve review points and keep the team informed of progress.
• Build and maintain good relationships with internal clients and colleagues.
• Commit to personal development and training.
