Job summary

State Street in Kraków seeks a Simcorp Senior Fund Administrator to monitor accounting processes for assigned funds, ensuring accurate reporting and timely delivery. The role includes reviewing colleagues' work and delivering high-quality service to internal clients while coordinating with other departments.

It also involves performing fund administration tasks, liaising with internal and external contacts, and supporting the Team Manager. Office presence is required at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• Numeracy and literacy skills required.
• Thorough understanding of fund administration expected.
• Excel and MS Outlook proficiency.
• Good English and intermediate German.

Responsibilities

• Perform continuous fund administration processing and controlling tasks as well as reporting and administrative duties.
• Review fund components and complete the reviewers’ checklist.
• Liaise with internal clients, external counterparties and support other departments for inputs to service delivery.
• Assist Team Manager in ensuring departmental procedures and controls are adhered to; identify control gaps.
• Provide timely and professional responses to inquiries and keep stakeholders informed.
• Demonstrate time management to meet deadlines and train staff/new hires in fund procedures.
• Take responsibility for personal development and actively seek training opportunities.
• Act on ad-hoc duties as assigned.
