Job summary

Universal Investment, a leading fund services platform, seeks a Corporate Services Senior Specialist in Kraków to manage investment portfolios and coordinate corporate actions for multiple funds. You will liaise with investors, fund managers and authorities to ensure accurate data, reporting and compliance.

The role requires a legal/business background, strong organizational and communication skills, and fluency in English (German a plus).

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Fluency in English; German would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive management of our investment portfolio.
• Independent managing, reviewing and executing corporate actions for German, Luxembourg and Irish funds with coordinating departments and advisors.
• Legal review of contractual amendments of target funds in the best interests of our investors.
• Representing investor interests of Universal-Investment regarding target investments.
• Collaborating with investors, fund managers, asset managers, and authorities; preparing data for queries from custodians, auditors and authorities.
• Researching and compiling information relevant to decision-making.
• Preparing and maintaining investment data in a database.
• Executing and monitoring reporting and recording obligations with national and international authorities.
