Job summary

HedgeServ seeks a Fund Accounting Vice President in Kraków, Poland to lead the NAV calculation team, deliver accurate reporting, and guide strategic improvements across fund accounting operations. You will supervise up to 30 staff, manage multiple client relationships and act as a senior liaison with brokers, auditors and legal counsel.

The role requires experience in hedge fund administration, strong leadership, and the ability to adapt within a client-focused structure.

Qualifications

• Completed bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance.
• Minimum of 12 years’ experience in Hedge Fund Administration at a senior level, with at least 3 years at AVP level.

Responsibilities

• Lead NAV calculation process and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction for fund accounting teams (up to 30 staff).
• Manage multiple client relationships and complex client requests.
• Oversee recruitment, training and performance evaluations for fund accounting staff.
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, auditors and legal counsel.
• Support transitions of new clients to HedgeServ platform.
• Maintain strong control environment and continuous process improvements.
