Job summary

HedgeServ in Kraków is looking for a Fund Accounting Manager to oversee NAV calculations and ensure timely, accurate delivery under supervision. You will help develop client relationships and ensure service standards are met.

This role requires leadership of a team and proactive process improvement. They offer a flexible work arrangement (remote, hybrid or office-based) and provide ongoing training including AML/KYC, with opportunities for professional qualification support and career

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance is required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• IT literate with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to be flexible and work well in a team or independently.
• Demonstrate leadership and take ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build and support client relationships with HedgeServ stakeholders.
• Ensure fund accounting team operates within defined control environment.
• Lead and support a team of up to 10 employees servicing clients.
• Resolve fund accounting enquiries escalated by supervisors.
• Review NAV calculations, fee calculations and P&L allocations.
• Manage audits and preparation of fund financial statements.
• Address complex or non-routine matters and drive special projects.
