Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled Fullstack Java Developer to contribute to KYC solutions in the financial sector. You will build new features, optimize existing apps, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable business solutions.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of Java experience, strong React.js and Oracle Database skills, and familiarity with regulatory reporting. Fluency in Polish and advanced English will help in an international environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Java development.
• Strong React.js experience.
• Experience delivering solutions in financial services, especially reporting/regulatory projects.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining applications using Java and React.
• Developing KYC reports and supporting regulatory reporting processes within the financial sector.
• Creating new functionalities for STR/CTR report generation within the AML system.
• Maintaining and enhancing existing solutions to adapt to regulatory changes.
• Collaborating with project stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.
