Sii Poland is seeking a skilled Fullstack Java Developer to join a project focused on KYC solutions within the financial sector. You will develop new functionalities, enhance existing applications, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable business solutions.

The role requires 3+ years of Java and React experience, Oracle DB, and strong communication with business stakeholders. Fluency in Polish and advanced English enable effective collaboration in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Java development
• Proficiency with React.js and Oracle Database
• Experience delivering solutions within financial services, preferably in reporting/compliance
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and ability to work with business stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Java and React
• Develop KYC reports and support regulatory reporting processes
• Create functionalities for STR/CTR reporting within AML system
• Maintain and enhance existing solutions to adapt to regulatory changes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine business requirements
