Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled Fullstack Java Developer to join a project focused on KYC solutions within the financial sector. You will develop new functionalities, enhance existing applications, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable business solutions.

You will work with Java and React, deliver KYC reports and support AML/CTR/STR reporting, and adapt systems to regulatory changes while communicating with business stakeholders in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Java development.
• Experience with React.js and Oracle Database.
• Experience delivering solutions within financial services, preferably in reporting, compliance, or regulatory projects.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and experience working with business stakeholders.
• Fluent Polish and advanced English skills, enabling effective communication in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining applications using Java and React.
• Developing KYC reports and supporting regulatory reporting processes within the financial sector.
• Creating new functionalities for STR/CTR report generation within the AML system.
• Maintaining and enhancing existing solutions to adapt to regulatory changes.
• Collaborating with project stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.
