Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Java development experience.
• Experience with React.js and Oracle Database.
• Experience in financial services reporting, compliance, or regulatory projects.
• Strong development practices and ability to work with business stakeholders.
• Fluent Polish and advanced English for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Java and React.
• Develop KYC reports and support AML regulatory reporting processes.
