Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled Fullstack Java Developer to join a KYC-focused project in the financial sector in Warsaw. You will develop new functionalities, improve existing applications, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable business solutions.

Key tasks include building Java/React applications, delivering KYC reports, STR/CTR AML functionalities, and adapting systems to regulatory changes. Fluent Polish and strong English help you work in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Practical experience with React.js and Oracle Database.
• Experience delivering solutions within the financial services sector, preferably in reporting, compliance, or regulatory-related projects.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and experience working with business stakeholders.
• Fluent Polish and advanced English skills, enabling effective communication in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining applications using Java and React.
• Developing KYC reports and supporting regulatory reporting processes within the financial sector.
• Creating new functionalities for STR/CTR report generation within the AML system.
• Maintaining and enhancing existing solutions to adapt to regulatory changes.
• Collaborating with project stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.
