Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Fullstack Java Developer to join a project focused on KYC solutions in the financial sector. You will build new features, enhance existing applications, and work with stakeholders to deliver reliable business solutions in a dynamic regulatory environment.

Key responsibilities include developing with Java and React, delivering regulatory reporting capabilities, and implementing STR/CTR reporting features within AML systems.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
Practical experience with React.js and Oracle Database.
Experience delivering solutions within the financial services sector, preferably in reporting, compliance, or regulatory-related projects.
Strong understanding of software development best practices and experience working with business stakeholders.
Fluent Polish and advanced English skills, enabling effective communication in an international environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain applications using Java and React.
Develop KYC reports and support regulatory reporting processes within the financial sector.
Create new functionalities for STR/CTR report generation within the AML system.
Maintain and enhance existing solutions to adapt to regulatory changes.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.
