Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled Fullstack Java Developer to join a project focused on KYC solutions within the financial sector. You will develop features, maintain applications using Java and React, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable business solutions.

Requirements include 3+ years of Java development, React.js and Oracle Database experience, and fluent Polish with advanced English for international collaboration. Nice‑to‑have: goAML and CTR/STR reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Experience with React.js and Oracle Database.
• Experience delivering solutions in financial services, preferably in reporting, compliance, or regulatory projects.
• Strong understanding of software development practices and ability to work with business stakeholders.
• Fluent in Polish and advanced English for international communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Java and React.
• Develop KYC reports and support regulatory reporting processes within the financial sector.
• Create new functionalities for STR/CTR report generation within the AML system.
• Maintain and enhance existing solutions to adapt to regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.
