Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Java development.
• Practical experience with React.js and Oracle Database.
• Experience in financial services, preferably in reporting, compliance, or regulatory projects.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and ability to work with business stakeholders.
• Fluent Polish and advanced English for international environments.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining applications using Java and React.
• Developing KYC reports and supporting regulatory reporting processes within the financial sector.
• Creating new functionalities for STR/CTR report generation within the AML system.
• Maintaining and enhancing existing solutions to adapt to regulatory changes.
• Collaborating with project stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.
