Job summary

Insights is seeking a Fulfilment Operative to support production operations, ensuring customers receive accurate experiences in all interactions with the Fulfilment team.

You’ll provide legendary service, coordinate orders, monitor KPIs, and dispatch with cost-efficient methods while maintaining print equipment and materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary service to internal and external customers.
• Raise issues promptly to Fulfilment Supervisor/Manager and assist with needs.
• Liaise with departments to clarify orders in the order management system.
• Monitor and report KPIs as required.
• Dispatch orders on time using courier software.
• Ensure on-time delivery by cost-effective methods.
• Arrange pick-ups and returns from venues, clients and staff.
• Dispatch outgoing mail via couriers and postal service.
• Maintain print equipment including printing, binding and laminating.
• Report printer maintenance issues to ensure quick resolution.
• General maintenance of print equipment and copiers.
• Keep stock of materials at acceptable levels and place material POs as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you’ll do to succeed

• Provide a legendary service to both internal and external customers
• Raise issues quickly and accurately to theFulfilment Supervisor or Fulfilment Manager where appropriateand assist with all customer and stakeholder needs as required

How you’ll do this

• Liaising and communicating with other departments regarding confirmed and in flow orders to obtain clarity for the team and help guide people through the order management system when needed.
• Monitoring and reporting KPI’s as required
• Dispatching orders on time by using appropriate software for courier service.
• Ensuring thatorders are delivered on time by the mostcost effectivemethod.
• Arranging for pick-ups and returns from venues, clients and staff.
• Dispatch outgoing mail using couriers and postal service when necessary.
• Responsiblefor all print equipmentandfor duties including complex printing, production, binding and laminatingof materials.
• Reporting anyprintermaintenance issues where faults occur, liaising with maintenance provider to ensure problems are resolved as quickly as possible.
• General maintenance of print equipment and copiers.
• Ensuring a stock of materials are kept at an acceptable level, placing material PO’s as required.
• Other reasonable duties as assigned
