Job summary

Allegro Ltd. in Warsaw is seeking a logistics operations professional to manage ad-hoc topics within the Operations stream and collaborate with tech and product teams to drive improvements.

You will create and interpret operational reports, ensure compliance across the supply chain, and apply Lean principles to cost analysis. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel; SQL is a plus.

Job description

Collaborating with tech and product teams to drive system improvements and implement new functionalities

Ensuring process compliance with applicable operational procedures, safety standards, and quality standards across the entire supply chain

This is the right job for you if:

You have experience in logistics operations and courier delivery services

You understand operational and administrative processes within a courier or logistics company

You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment and meeting deadlines

You can demonstrate strong attention to detail and task management skills

You have highly developed communication skills

You have strong problem-solving, analytical, and innovation skills, along with a proactive attitude

You can use English in practice at a minimum B2 level

You hold a valid category B driver's license (willingness to travel for business)

You are familiar with shipment tracking systems and applications (nice to have)

You can demonstrate strong analytical skills

You are proficient in MS Excel and familiar with SQL (nice to have)
