Job description

About the role:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Data Analytics Team Lead to join our efforts in taking over the print‑on‑demand industry. You will work in an international environment with talented data fellows in a casual atmosphere.

Your daily tasks will include:
  • Lead a team of up to 4 data analysts working with product and business teams across our Supply domain
  • Guide the data analysis work across a wide range of product areas, customer behaviour, partner performance and others
  • Performance management and evaluation, regular 1-to-1 meetings to discuss workload and personal development of data analysts
  • Drive high impact analytical initiatives across the organisation
  • Build relationships and manage a wide array of stakeholders
  • Create, prioritise and proactively communicate the backlog of the analytics team. Work together with the Heads of Product to align the backlog to the top impactful initiatives in the Supply area
  • Lead efforts to enhance data drivenness in the company. Mentor peers and stakeholders in data usage and its value
  • Participate in hiring process to bring the best product and data analytics talent to the company
  • Equip the team with the latest analytical and statistical techniques and advancements relevant to the business
Your qualifications:
  • Strong written & verbal English communication skills
  • Track record of managing priorities across wide stakeholder groups
  • 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis
  • 1+ years of experience leading a team of data analysts
  • Previous experience in a product company or a marketplace is a plus
  • Prior experience applying AI in a data context is a plus, but not expected. A strong curiosity and eagerness to experiment with AI and integrate it into workflows is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to present and clearly articulate summarized data analysis results
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouses
  • Hands‑on experience with BI tools to create interactive dashboards and visualizations (Looker is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of data modelling and data quality principles
  • Hands‑on experience with event tracking and product analytics tools (Amplitude is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of statistics and A/B testing. Hands‑on experience with product experimentation.
  • Empathy and ability to work with employees with different professional and cultural background
