Job summary

Agfa-Gevaert Group is seeking an Order & Delivery Coordination Specialist with French to join our ESSC Consumables team in Warsaw. You will receive, process, and monitor customer orders, coordinate fulfillment and deliveries, and respond to inquiries about availability, deliveries, forecasting, invoicing, and returns.

You will collaborate with Accounts, Sales, Credit & Collection, HQ Supply Chain, and Logistics, ensuring timely updates, resolving issues, and maintaining high customer

Order & Delivery Coordination Specialist with French

Position Overview:

Customer Operations are as core to our client services as the products themselves. As a member of our ESSC Consumables team you will be responsible for handling customer orders. In this role you will be receiving and processing orders for Agfa Consumables products, dealing with customer enquiries about product availability, order deliveries and others. As a specialist you will interact with Agfa Accounts and Sales people as well as with Sales Management, Credit & Collection Department and HQ Supply Chain and Logistics.

What You'll Do:

Receive, process, and monitor customer orders and requests

Coordinate order fulfillment and delivery activities, keeping customers informed throughout the process

Manage customer inquiries related to product availability, deliveries, forecasts, invoicing, and returns

Monitor supply issues, coordinate internally with relevant stakeholders, and proactively communicate updates to customers

Arrange and coordinate urgent transportation when required

Promote and support the use of the AGFA Graphics Online Sales Tool
