Qualifications

• Fluent in French with a good command of English.
• Experience in Customer Operations or Order Management is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, process and follow up customer orders or service requests.
• Manage inquiries concerning product availability, deliveries, invoicing, and returns.
• Coordinate dispatch of engineers and urgent transport when needed.
• Collaborate with ESSC, HQ, and cross-functional teams.
