Job summary

Medtronic in Warsaw, Poland is seeking an Associate Customer Service Specialist with French to join our Customer Service Operations Office. You will handle orders, answer queries, and support sales representatives, ensuring timely and accurate service for the French Overseas Territories market.

You will work with cross-functional teams, maintain high attention to detail, and use Microsoft Office tools to monitor information flows and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English (minimum B2 level).
• Minimum 1 year in Customer Service Operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Proactive, investigative mindset with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently on moderately complex tasks.

Responsibilities

• Representing the company to external and internal stakeholders via emails and the phone.
• Entering orders, answering customer queries, and directing customers to the appropriate sales representatives when necessary.
• Tracing shipments and coordinating with the transport department to ensure timely deliveries.
• Dealing with customer credits and product returns as well as disputes.
• Collaborating with other departments to inform, gain input, and support decision making; regular communication with sales representatives.
